The prices on this web site are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Time and Shipping Method
F.O.B. Omaha, NE. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and processing from the date of receipt of the order. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. All orders are subject to a $2.50 processing fee.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. All items with backorders will be sent out partially filled unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be emailed to sales@horizondance.com before 4:00PM EST on the current business day. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Discounts
Discounts (where applicable) will be given at the time of order processing.
Return Policy
Goods are returnable upon authorization from Horizon Dance. All unauthorized returns will be refused. A re-stocking fee of 25% will be assessed on authorized returned merchandise. In the case of defective products or a Horizon Dance mistake, this fee will be waived. Claims for defective merchandise or incomplete shipments must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice. Returns for online items can be made within 14 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to Horizon Dance.
Returns (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing)
- Must be sent postage paid.
- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
